Buy Online Pick Up In-Store FAQs

• When will my order be ready?
  You will receive an email and/or text message when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be placed by 12pm for next day pickup. Orders placed after that time will be ready for pickup in 2 business days. We are closed on Sunday so orders placed after 12pm Saturday through Sunday will be available on Tuesday.
• What do I need to bring to pick up an in-store order?
  You will receive an email notifying you when your in-store pickup order is ready. Bring a copy of that email to the store or a copy on your phone. You must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Photo ID must match the name on the order.
• What do i need to do if I will have another person pick up my order for me?
  When placing your order, during the checkout process you will have the option to provide the name and email address of an alternate pickup person. Ensure when the other person picks up your order, they also have a copy of the “Your Order is Ready” email so they can pick up your order. They must present a government-issued photo ID for verification at the time of pick up.
• How many days do I have to pick up my order?
  You have 5 days to pick up your order after you have been notified it is ready. If you do not pick up your order after 5 days, the order will be refunded, and the items will be returned to inventory. A reasonable attempt will be made to contact you before your order is refunded or cancelled.
• Can I cancel my Pick Up in Store order?
  If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please call the store and they will assist you.
