Product Overview
The Country series is our standard overlay cabinet constructed from all plywood. The wall and base cabinets are equipped with 3/4" plywood adjustable shelves and adjustable hinges. Drawer boxes are made with plywood and have side mount glides.
Key Features
- 3/4" thick, 1-1/2" wide, kiln-dried solid hardwood. Assembled with glue and nails, under clamp pressure, which ensures squareness.
- ª" substrate, with 3" plywood surrounding frame,made of 1/2" plywood. Rabbeted and stapled into cabinet sides, screwed into top and bottom. Includes 11/2" hanging rails.
- Top and bottom 1/2" plywood substrate, with light maple woodgrain laminate finish.
- 3/4" thick, plywood; fully adjustable
- Heavy duty steel concealed adjustable hinge.
- Finger pull groove for easy access
- 5/8" Plywood sides with 5/8" thick bottom fastened with screws
- High quality epoxy coated steel side mounted glides.
- 4-1/2" Toe kick with 2-1/2" inset on all standard base and vanity cabinets.
